Process: Natural

Roast: light to medium roast with a longer time spent after first crack, slowly declining to let the coffee develop complex layers of fruit. Classic natural coffee roast, dried fruit flavors and aromas burst out from the dry grounds once you add water. This coffee fills the room with the aroma of strawberry and stone fruits. 

Rodrigo grows some stellar coffee. I can still remember the first time I tasted the first sample roast back in 2017. His coffee stood out on the cupping table with intense fruit aromas and flavor. Every year has been a stellar, sell-out coffee that no one seems to get enough of.
